Stay Longer
We offer discounts if you choose to stay longer. We would love to have you! There is a 3% discount for a 6 month semi-annual contract (paid in advance). There is a 5% discount for a 12 month annual contract (paid in advance). These rates are non-refundable.

Out and about? Just here to restock or visit Goldstream Park? Daily tie up fee is only $1.50 per foot. Need a cab to Costco or Langford? We can help with that too!
Stay covered
We have some space available for boathouses. Please call the office to see if we have a space that will suit your needs and power requirements. Annual and semi-annual discounts are also available for pre-payment on boathouse contracts.

Goldstream Boathouse Marina rents some boathouse space on a very limited basis. The units are very competitively priced. Please call the office for availability or have your name added to the wait list.
